Professional Planning/Real Estate Intern – Los Angeles, CA

Requirements: Must be a student of an urban planning, public administration, real estate or related field with some work or internship experience is preferred.  An ideal candidate will have a strong interest in innovative urban planning approaches, (i.e. mixed-use design, complete streets, walkable neighborhoods, transit-oriented development, and affordable housing). Candidates must possess strong writing and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Proficiency with the GIS, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a plus. This is a paid position at $15.00 an hour.
